Policies & Shipping
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. We process orders from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1 or 2 business days for shipping confirmation. Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping. You will receive an email with all the details and information about tracking and shipment.
DeliveryIf the item you purchased is currently out of stock you will receive an email with alternatives (refund, wait frame period or exchange for another item).
Tracking Your OrderAfter you receive confirmation of shipment you can track your order accessing your account in our website. Click on your tracking number and all the information will display.

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
There are re-stocking fees associated with the cancellation or return of an order.
Please review the following guidelines as it relates to your order:
Canceled orders of any* item prior to shipping will be refunded 100%.
Items that have been modified in any way cannot be returned or refunded.
Wheels that have been damaged in any way, or are otherwise now unrideable cannot be returned for a refund, but must go through warranty or crash replacement.
Helmets that have had tags or safety stickers removed, or have been ridden in are not eligible for return.
ENDURANCE CULTURE Shop cannot be held liable for warranty claims or labor charges carried out by any other business.
Orders for return that have shipped to the customer, are within the 15-Day window and have been installed or used otherwise, can be returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee once received back in the SHOP.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
ENDURANCE CULTURE will review item(s) once received to verify condition prior to issuing the refund.
Wheel accessory installation fees are non-refundable.
Electronics (including, but not limited to activity monitors, GPS-enabled devices, bike trainers, emergency-communication devices, and cameras) that have had their sealing stickers broken, have been removed from the box, turned on, had the screen protector removed (if applicable), used, or otherwise set up for any length of time will incur a 15% restocking fee.
*Soft goods with tags removed, or that have been worn are not eligible for return, and are exempt from this policy.
Custom orders do not apply for return
Custom ordered wheels, small parts or soft goods cancelled before receipt of the item(s), are charged a 10% restocking fee. For custom orders of wheels, small parts or soft goods returned unused within the 15-Day Guarantee window, we charge a 30% restocking fee and any shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.
Items that have been damaged from use during the 15 day period are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to: Scratched or dented wheels, scratched or gouged items of any kind, items that have been damaged by improper installation, items with damaged bolts.
Custom bike builds do not apply.
Custom ordered complete bike builds completed by ENDURANCE CULTURE require a 30% restocking fee if cancelled prior to shipping or 20% if returned unused within the 15-Day Guarantee window.
Custom ordered bike builds that have been used are not eligible for return.
Prices and Information
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us.
